I’ll be spending 2 months in Chiangmai, starting September 3rd, at my house that I had for 5 years before moving my family to the U.S. in 2008. Now, my wife runs and cooks at a Thai restaurant and I’ll be visiting a lot of recommended Thai restaurants, trying to find a very good Thai cook that wants to live in the U.S. and work at my wife’s restaurant.

I don't follow him he is to much into himself. Has he published about eating dogs and cats and saying how much more tastier dog meat was to beef pork and what people would eat everyday for meat. Found the info on Google all about him. To me all the foods seem to have the same seasonings and spices they all cook the same just as Vietnamese people love Vietnamese food
