To brew this Imperial IPA, 15 hop varietals are used, with each one progressively added to the boil every 15 minutes. Hence the name, Hop-15. You can even count the number of hops on the label – there are 15 of them.

This was Enjoy By 07.04.14, and we cracked ours at 8:10PM on June 20th, leaving 13 days, 3 hours and 50 minutes of guaranteed freshness. Just like is said on the bottle, it was “Devastatingly Fresh.”

Not like this beer didn’t taste delicious the whole way, but those first few drinks through the roasted head were the best of the glass. The wispy topper made it seem like you were sipping its piney darkness through a thin smoke screen of hickory.
